We operate both a physical shop and nationwide online sales across Ghana.

Warranty Policy

All products sold by Eazzy Ghana Limited come with a one (1) year limited warranty.

One-Year Warranty Covers:

System or manufacturer faults

Issues that occur under normal use

Faults not caused by customer handling or misuse

During the one-year warranty period, if a product develops a fault covered under warranty, Eazzy Ghana Limited will repair the product at no cost to the customer.

One-Year Warranty Does NOT Cover:

Broken or cracked screens

Physical damage of any kind

Water or liquid damage

Damage caused by drops, pressure, or mishandling

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or tampering

For any issue not covered by warranty, customers may still request repairs, but repair costs will be paid by the customer.

Returns Policy (7 Days Only)

Eazzy Ghana Limited allows returns within 7 days of purchase. This return period is not the warranty; it is strictly a short inspection and assurance period.

How the 7-Day Return Works:

Customers may return a product within 7 days only if a genuine fault is detected.

Products that are working correctly cannot be returned due to size, color, model choice, or personal preference.

We believe that if an electronic device works properly within the first 7 days, it is in good condition.

What Happens After a Valid Return:

The product may be repaired or replaced, depending on the issue.

Repairs or replacements during the 7-day return period are done at no cost to the customer.

After 7 Days:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Customers may only request repairs under the one-year warranty or paid repair service.

Refund Policy (Very Important)

Eazzy Ghana Limited does NOT offer refunds.

Once a product is purchased, money paid is not refundable.

In cases of valid faults:

Within 7 days: product may be repaired or replaced, not refunded.

After 7 days: no returns or exchanges; repairs may be done under warranty or paid repair.

By purchasing from Eazzy Ghana Limited, customers agree to this refund policy.

Delivery Policy (Nationwide – Pay After Inspection)

We offer nationwide delivery across Ghana, including but not limited to Accra, Kumasi, Cape Coast, Sunyani, Takoradi, Ho, Tamale, Koforidua, and all other regions.

Delivery Before Payment (Outside Accra Included):

Customers are allowed to inspect and test the item upon delivery.

Once the item is unboxed, tested, and confirmed to be working perfectly, the customer must complete the purchase.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, the item may be returned immediately.

Important Note on Unboxing:

All our products are brand new.

Once a product is unboxed and confirmed to be working, it cannot be returned or rejected due to size, appearance, or personal preference (for example, screen size expectations).

This is because unboxed brand-new items cannot be resold as new.

Customers are therefore advised to confirm product specifications (such as screen size) before delivery.

In-Store and Online Purchases

Eazzy Ghana Limited operates both a physical shop and nationwide online sales.

Physical Shop: Customers can inspect and test products before purchase.

Online Orders: Customers receive delivery, inspect the item, and make payment only after satisfaction.

For deliveries outside Accra, to protect both customers and the company from fraud:

Customers are required to provide a valid Ghana Card (front and back) before delivery.

All warranty, return, and refund policies apply equally to both in-store and online purchases.

Phone Swap & Upgrade Service

Eazzy Ghana Limited also offers iPhone swap and upgrade services for customers who originally purchased their devices from us.

Customers can trade in their old iPhones and upgrade to newer models.

All swap and upgrade services are handled by our professional repair and technical team.

We use genuine parts and professional repair methods to ensure quality service for our cherished customers.

Shop Pickup & Locations

Customers are welcome to pick up their items in person from any of our physical shop locations. Pickups are available for both online and in-store orders.

Customers who choose pickup can inspect and test their items at the shop before payment, in line with our standard policies.
